Firstly
Look up any guide in regards to optimizing your windows for best performance for gaming I would recommend following the two videos below.
Secondly
If you are playing on a low end pc, i recommend disabling this feature in your windows settings below:
Switch your game to fullscreen borderless, regardless of whether it will work for FULLSCREEN, FULLSCREEN EXCLUSIVE AND WINDOWED. Please ensure that you are on fullscreen borderless before loading the cheat
NVIDIA Drivers
It is not always recommended to have the latest NVIDIA graphics drivers installed check online and sources for what is the best recommended driver at the current moment for mw3/warzone or the respected game you will be playing. Some graphic drivers will work better than others it all depends on your pc so feel which one makes the game feel the smoothest and stay on it till you feel you wanna try another one.
Deleting COD.exe
Locate your game directory and delete "cod.exe", once you do that it will download a new exe

Once done cod will do a tiny update, after just scan and repair the game and let it complete and try loading again.
Let call of duty shaders fully optimize before loading the cheat, this usually happens on new accounts and when you update graphics drivers.
Do not load the cheat if it is updating to the latest game patch, this will result in crashing and/or bluescreening.
Close unnecessary programs running in the background while using our product and playing the game this can put extra stress on your GPU/CPU and can cause crashing, stuttering etc. If you have a low-end pc your pc can barely handle the game stop overdoing the limits of your pc. COD at the moment is a very cpu intensive game and it is poorly optimized so free up system resources so your pc can handle our products and the game itself.
