Step 6 - Disable Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

If you do not have a Wi-Fi controller, then you do not need to do this step.

  • You can check this by simply checking if you can connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, or if our Serials tab tells you that you have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

Why You Need to Disable Wi-Fi & Bluetooth:

  • You need to disable your Wi-Fi & Bluetooth in BIOS or remove the adapter physically.

  • This ensures you cannot connect to the internet or devices through them.

  • It is important because if you play on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and get banned, you are NOT eligible for a refund/free respoof.

  • If you cannot do this, please contact support.

How to Disable Wi-Fi & Bluetooth:

  1. Access BIOS Settings:

    • Locate the Wi-Fi controller under BIOS settings.

    • It may be found under 'Advanced' or 'OnBoard Device Configuration', labeled as 'Wi-Fi', 'WAN Radio', 'WLAN', or anything related to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

    • This setting may appear differently on every motherboard, so we advise you to search for instructions specific to your model.

  2. If BIOS Method Does Not Work:

    • Physically remove the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth adapter from your motherboard.

Why This is Required:

  • It is currently NOT possible to spoof Wi-Fi or Bluetooth MAC addresses.

  • Spoofing MAC addresses is required for all games to complete the spoofing process and avoid bans.

Alternative Solution:

  • If you can’t disable it in BIOS, you can use our provided software to disable your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
